The Literature Community on Grief

The Literature Society Stubbekøbing invites you to a conversation with author Line-Maria Lång, who, together with Frederikke Lange, has created the incredibly beautiful book Månegade - a colorful account of loss. In 'Månegade', Line-Maria Lång draws on her personal capital, having lost her father at the age of 12. She has written the book she wished had existed when she herself was in unbearable grief. It has therefore been very important for her that the entire universe of the book should be welcoming, imaginative, and playful, so that the child can reflect on it and take something with them, despite the grief. We meet in front of the church at 6:45 PM and bring lanterns and lights. Admission: 50 kroner (at the door) Members of the Literature Society: Free Children are very welcome and can bring blankets, pillows, or stuffed animals. The press is welcome.
