Christmas Tree Lighting 2026

Traditionally, this year's Christmas tree at Axeltorv will be lit in style! It will take place on Friday, November 20th. We will meet at Ved Dampmøllen at 4 PM and walk together through the city to Axeltorv, where Santa Claus himself has promised to light the tree – well assisted by the emergency services from Falck. LET'S LIGHT UP THE CITY TOGETHER! Wrap a string of lights around your body, a lantern on your forehead, decorate the stroller with lights, and help us light up the entire parade through the city. That could be fun.
